Migrate your existing reviews from Loox, Judge.me, or a custom CSV file — including photos and videos.

Import from any source using the DNA Blocks CSV format, with optional photo and video support.
Importing from Loox
Export from Loox
In your Loox dashboard, go to Reviews → Export and download the CSV file. If you have video reviews, also download the video files from Loox before cancelling your subscription.
Open the Import page
In DNA Blocks, navigate to Import Reviews from the sidebar and select the Loox tab.
Upload your CSV (and videos)
Upload your Loox CSV file. If you have video reviews, also select your video files in the Video files field — the filenames must match the video column in your CSV. Click Import.
All imported photos are automatically re-uploaded to DNA Blocks' CDN so they remain accessible even after you leave Loox.
Importing from Judge.me
Export from Judge.me
In Judge.me, go to Settings → Import/Export and export your reviews as CSV. If you have video reviews, download those video files as well.
Select the Judge.me tab
In DNA Blocks, go to Import Reviews and select the Judge.me tab.
Upload your CSV (and videos)
Upload your Judge.me CSV file. If you have video reviews, select your video files in the Video files field — filenames must match the video column in your CSV. Click Import.
All imported photos are automatically re-uploaded to DNA Blocks' CDN so they remain accessible even after you leave Judge.me.
Importing Video Reviews
Both Loox and Judge.me allow you to download your video files before cancelling. Here's how to bring them into DNA Blocks:
Download your videos
Before cancelling your Loox or Judge.me subscription, download all video review files to your computer.
Add a video column to your CSV
In your CSV file, add a video column and enter the filename (e.g. customer-review.mp4) for each row that has a video. Leave the cell blank for rows without a video.
Upload CSV and video files together
On the import page, upload your CSV in the main file field, then select all your video files in the Video files field. DNA Blocks will match each video to its review by filename and upload everything to our CDN.
Video filenames in the CSV must exactly match the files you upload (including extension). You can select multiple video files at once.
Custom CSV Format
To import from another source, use the Custom CSV tab with the following column headers:

After Import
Imported reviews are created with approved status by default and will immediately appear in your widget. You can view and manage them from the Review Dashboard.
Duplicate detection is not currently applied during import. Re-importing the same CSV will create duplicate reviews. Upload each export only once.
